Greetings. I was finally able to figure out how materials are stored in ymg and properly convert the DOR model to DOR2 by modifying it and get the DOR2 gloss and lighting work.
Quick shout out to Mann ohne Sack from "The Forbidden DoR" who first started to edit the material in order to port it to DOR2 and his results were motivating.

The DOR models use normal texture maps to put on more details unlike DOR2 models which are high poly and those details are provided by the mesh and vertex normal itself.
When porting the normal maps can still be used in DOR2 but I wasn't satisfied with the result so I removed it.

After toning it down little bit.

*UPDATE*
I was finally able to correct material of XIX to match it with DOR2. Credits to Mann ohne Sack for correcting XIX models bones otherwise models will glitch.

Awesome work man. This funnily enough reminds me of when I was thinking if it was possible to remaster XIX with DoR2's engine. Great job again!

Great job! It's awesome to see the breakthroughs in porting models into later entries. I always thought that WWE would be served well by a Rockband system of DLC where they could sell users various themes and characters that could be used in later entries. I'd be more inclined to purchase more DLC if I knew it had a shelf life of more than a year. We'd also get more varied DLC. Imagine a marketing campaign around building your WWE Universe. There's an endless amount of attire, entrance theme, and era packs they could sell including wrestlers, arenas, and other set pieces. Ensuring compatibility across entries would also simplify modding by keeping things consistent.
